High stability Cationic Slow Setting emulsion. Penetrates deep into dense road bases. Used for Prime Coat, Fog Seal, and soil stabilization projects.
CSS-1 is extremely stable and can be mixed with fine aggregates and filler. It is widely used to waterproof road bases before laying hot mix asphalt.

Technical Notes:
Logistics: Optimized for Bulk Tanker transport to Iraq and Turkey. For the African market (Kenya/Tanzania), it is available in New Steel Drums (180kg/210kg) to ensure maritime safety.
Dilution: CSS-1 can be diluted with water for Fog Seal applications; however, always add water to the emulsion, not vice versa.
Storage: Maintain storage temperatures between 10°C and 60°C. Do not allow the product to freeze as it will cause the emulsion to break permanently.
