Bitumen VG 40

High-viscosity bitumen designed for Heavy Traffic Loads and intersections. Ideal for toll roads and highways in Africa, South India and hot regions. Resists rutting and deformation.

VG-40 is a harder grade compared to VG-30. It is specifically engineered to withstand high shear stress from heavy trucks and extreme summer temperatures.
Standard: IS 73:2013.
Usage: Intersection zones, Truck terminals, and Highway paving.

Packaging: To ensure safe maritime transport to African and Asian ports, we provide this grade in New Steel Drums and Bulk.

Climate Suitability: Highly recommended for regions with pavement temperatures exceeding 50C, such as South India and Northern Africa.


Quality Assurance: Third-party inspection (e.g., SGS) is available to verify viscosity at 60C.
