Rapid setting emulsion for Tack Coat and Chip Sealing. Breaks quickly upon contact with aggregate. Eco-friendly alternative to cutbacks.
ARS is sprayed between asphalt layers to bond them. It is safer than cutbacks (no fire hazard) and is preferred for green building projects.
