Bitumen RS

The industry standard Tack Coat emulsion (CRS-1 / CRS-2). Provides a strong, rapid bond between old and new asphalt layers. Prevents slippage.

Why CRS?
Unlike cutbacks, this water-based emulsion is safe (non-flammable) and eco-friendly. It breaks immediately upon contact with stone/road surface.

Applications:
Tack Coat (Bonding layer).
Chip Seal (Surface dressing).

Technical Notes:

  • Logistics: Highly recommended for Bulk Tanker export to Iraq, Turkey, and Armenia. Also available in New Steel Drums or HDPE drums for maritime shipping to African ports.

  • Safety Warning: Non-flammable and non-hazardous; however, handle with care. This product is safer for transport and storage than traditional cutback bitumen.

  • Application Tip: Best applied through a pressure distributor for a uniform spray. Ensure the surface is free of excessive dust for maximum adhesion.

  • Quality Assurance: Manufactured to ensure stable viscosity, preventing nozzle clogging during large-scale spraying.
